Who we are

What we collect

• Quote forms. The name, company and phone number you type are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is stored on this website; we receive the details only if you send that message.
• Messages, calls and emails you send us, and documents you share when you engage us.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks on our call and WhatsApp buttons. It uses cookies; you can block or delete them in your browser settings.

How we use it

To reply to you, to provide and invoice the services you ask for, to file with the Federal Tax Authority and other authorities on your behalf, and to meet our own legal obligations, including UAE record-keeping rules.

Who we share it with

Government authorities when we file or correspond for you, and the service providers we use to run our business — such as WhatsApp (Meta), Microsoft 365 for email, Google Analytics and our web hosting provider. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the enquiry or engagement, and for as long as UAE law requires afterwards — tax records are kept for 5 to 7 years.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sales@kws.ae. Some records must be kept where the law requires it.

• Tax rules change. Each service page shows the date its rules were last checked.
• Published plan prices are monthly fees for the services listed. Every engagement is confirmed in writing before work starts. Government fees, where they apply, are charged at cost.
